I offer a variety of consultancy services in five key areas to support clients with their business, in leadership and with money habits.
Designed for business leaders, teams and private clients, this programme features two distinct elements.
I help my clients to understand and address their business or personal finances better. This practical programme covers important aspects of business and personal money including an introduction to money management, managing finances, cost control and management, and effective budgeting.
I also help clients understand the underlying emotional factors and beliefs that influence their financial decision-making so they can manage money better.
By noticing and understanding their core money beliefs, clients make better assumptions about money which leads to better cash flow plans. Ultimately, I want to help my clients live good and informed lives.
Additionally, I enhance these programmes with a course of one-to-one coaching to help embed ideas and lessons learned. These are guidance and information-led programmes and non-advisory.
I run this as a one, or two-day session away from their normal workplace, and follow sessions with a series of one-to-one in-person or remote coaching and accountability meetings to support change and transition.
Areas we can cover in this workshop include:
Developing your vision, mission and values.
Evolving your plan and what you need to do to make it happen.
Understanding your place in the ecosystem in which you operate.
In this programme I help my clients formulate, develop, and start to implement their strategic plan for the next three-year cycle.
These programmes have been devised from first-hand experience of what makes professional services firms tick.
They cover various stages of leadership including the Pathway to Partnership, Welcome to Partnership through to Leaving your Legacy for partners looking to move on or retire.
This programme can assist people in professional service firms at key transition stages, such as:
Understanding what it means to be a partner.
Recognising your role as a worker, leader, and owner.
Preparing your future inside and outside the firm.
Skilled tradespeople are usually great on the tools but when it comes to business management, money management, and growing their businesses, they often lack the expertise, support and guidance that separates the best from the rest.
I have designed this programme to support skilled trades to enjoy the fruits of their labour.
Areas we can cover include:
Budgeting.
Cash flow forecasting.
Understanding your money habits.
Growing your business.
The best way to help people thrive is to help them help themselves, raising their self-awareness and self-esteem.
My Leadership and Management programmes support this personal development and include subjects such as ‘The Importance of Networking and Building Skills’ and ‘Having Successful Career Conversations.’
I tailor my programmes so please enquire if there is an opportunity or challenge you would value my support on.
Don’t hold onto what is holding you back.
I offer a range of executive and financial coaching and consultancy solutions for business leaders and their teams and can tailor my services to help you meet your goals.
