Do You Regularly Reflect on What Gives You Meaning?

Clarity rarely arrives uninvited. It comes when we make space to reflect.

Clarity rarely arrives uninvited. It comes when we make space to reflect.

Reflection is not self-indulgent. It is a strategic act, especially when life is fast-paced, high-pressure, or transitioning. We prevent drift by pausing and asking, “What is meaningful to me right now?”.

My ALIGN Scorecard starts with Meaning because everything else (money, mind, movement, membership, momentum) is built on it.

You do not need hours of meditation for this. Just a moment of honesty.

I invite you to reflect on this question:

  • What’s been meaningful to you in the past 12 months, and what have you done with that insight?

Please take my free ALIGN Scorecard if you are unsure where you stand. It is a structured self-assessment across six key pillars of life and leadership. It only takes five minutes to complete, and when you finish, you will be sent a personalised report that sets your baseline alignment.

Your next 10 years start today.
