You’re doing well, and... yet there’s still something not quite right.
Life is moving along successfully and you’re happy. Your career is solid, finances stable, health and relationships good, and on the surface, things look great. But there’s a quiet, lingering sense that something is off—a gap between where you are and where you truly want to be. Maybe it’s in your relationships, your health, or a lack of fulfilment that you can't quite put your finger on. You’re not in crisis, but you are not completely aligned either.
This is where my clients find themselves, at the intersection of external success and internal questioning. If this resonates with you, you’re not alone, and you’re certainly not failing. In fact, this "doing well, and…" moment is a powerful place to be—because it means you are ready to explore what’s next.
What does alignment really mean? In my work with clients, I focus on four critical areas:
When one of these areas is out of balance, you might still be "doing well" by traditional standards, but the misalignment creates an underlying tension. And the longer this tension goes unaddressed, the more it can chip away at your sense of fulfilment, freedom, and joy.
What if instead of settling for "well," you leaned into the “and…”?
The truth is you deserve to have all aspects of your life aligned with your values and desires. It’s not about radical change; it is about thoughtful recalibration.
As an executive coach, financial coach, and consultant, I specialise in helping individuals like you find alignment across Meaning, Money, Mind, and Momentum. Through a personalised coaching process, we will identify together where you’re feeling that subtle disconnect and work together to realign your life with what truly matters to you.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client is different, which is why I create tailored methodologies designed specifically for you. Whether it is redefining success, building a healthier relationship with wealth, or navigating life transitions, our work together will be collaborative, purposeful, and empowering.
You’re doing well, and now it’s time to thrive.

If you have been feeling that quiet discontent, that soft whisper saying, "There’s more to this," let’s have a conversation. It is not about fixing something broken—it’s about enhancing what’s already working and discovering new ways to create alignment and fulfilment.
You are doing well, and… the next chapter of your life is waiting.
This is a call to open the door to more—more meaning, more balance, more joy. If you’re ready to explore that path, I am here to guide you. Let’s take the next step together.
I am Justin Walton, an Executive and Financial Coach and Consultant working with ambitious entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to become their best selves at work and at home. My approach is to help my clients gain alignment between Meaning (sense of self), Money (sense of wealth), Mind (sense of health) and Momentum (sense of growth). My ideal clients will be doing well, and something will be bothering them that is not quite right, creating misalignment. They're doing well and they want more fulfilment, crave deeper connections and are ready for the next level of success, on their terms.
It's time for them to thrive. With a 25+ year career in the professional services space behind me, I use my own unique experience and expertise to help talented business leaders and owners elevate their potential.
