We spend much of our lives at work, whether thinking about it, preparing for it, or recovering from it. If what we do daily is misaligned with our values, it will create tension.
Sometimes, that tension manifests as stress, low-level dissatisfaction, and a big, nagging question. Is this it?
Aligning your values with your work does not necessarily mean finding a "perfect job." It means making choices, from big strategic decisions to micro habits, that reflect what matters to you.
Through my ALIGN programme, I help you bring misaligned values and realities to the surface so you can take action. You should not have to split yourself in two to succeed. Success should be possible by being yourself.
Reflect on this question:
Please take my free ALIGN Scorecard if you are unsure where you stand. It is a structured self-assessment across six key pillars of life and leadership. It only takes five minutes to complete, and when you finish, you will be sent a personalised report that sets your baseline alignment.
Your next 10 years start today.
